Working on the continuing delivery and improvement of the following products utilising an AGILE first approach to development. Encorporating PowerBI, Azure DevOps, Hubble and JIRA as our main tools throughout the 2 week sprints:Pensions Module (PeopleXD)- This is part of the payroll suite in a B2B SaaS product that provides a highly complex pension platform for businesses both private and public. Hosted in back office forms and Portal, our pensions module facilitates the full range of pensions administration as part of our wider PeopleXD product. Clients of ours include the Irish public sector and MUFC among our most notable. With this team we take an approach which combines both AGILE and Waterfall due to the legislation heavy nature of the product. Dev/test team size of 5, that forms part of a wider team of 24 devs which curate the PeopleXD product as a whole.Engage (comms)- Employee engagement tool designed for large scale blue collar work-forces as well as remote based enterprise level businesses in particular. A B2B2C, start-up like SaaS product that provides companies with a secure internal communications network that acts in a similar way to a corporate, internal social channel. Currently integrating it with wider offerings as part of our \'Engage\' suite of products. Our product has both a mobile and native app version. The mobile version currently being migrated from Xamarin to React.Applause - An employee recognition software as a service, again operating very much as a start-up, we are playing catch up currently to existing recognition tools on the market both inside and outside the sector. Targeted at digital businesses of all sizes we are currently integrating this product with our fintech offering within the suite in order to better monetize the system. Another B2B2C product, Applause also forms part of our Engage suite. Development team size of 3 with a further 3 involved on an \'as needed\' basis too. It too has a mobile and native version.
