Partner-head of Healthcare Transactions @Cushman & Wakefield

James heads the Cushman & Wakefield Healthcare Transactions Team and is a recognised national specialist in the health and social care sector, primarily concerned with acting for corporate and private operators, banks institutions and funds in the acquisition, disposal, funding and strategic advisory of healthcare assets, both as going concerns and fixed income, throughout the UK and pan European markets. He joined C&W after 15 years at King Sturge/JLL where he was a Lead Directors and Head of Healthcare Investment.
