   Managed two Process Assistance and up to 110 Associates per shift for 2 shifts per day. Helped to establish a CRET inside of a Sort center processing hardlines for the first time. Currently retraining associates to convert to softlines.Build a team that is capable of processing hardlines or softlines efficiently. Increased productivity rates from 8 to 25 UPH working with mixed freight resulting in JHW1 being in the top 5 in the region week over week. As the Sustainment Captain, I establish a recycling program at COS5 where companies take our corrugate, wood, metal and plastic at no cost to Amazon. I have also worked with other sites in the network to establish similar programs.Worked with most of the sites in the network to redirect hardiness that could not be processed at other sites to provide work for JHW1. Redirected 20k to 30k units per week for the year that we have been open.
