Operations has given me the opportunity to lead and work with some truly excellent people, the heartbeat of all great companies.As part of the UK senior leadership team, my role is to plan and execute strategic business projects within production and its supporting functions (IT, Maintenance, warehouse, logistics and H&S) to deliver both short and long term goals. Overall responsibility for 31 FTE rising to 60+ personnel during our seasonal period.I’m experienced in a FMCG environment, driving continuous improvement and positive change to achieve manufacturing excellence, to provide our customers with the best products and service available on the market!Personable, proactive and able to communicate at all levels.
