Supply Chain Planning role reporting directly to the COO to include Demand, Inventory, Replenishment, Capacity, and Raw Material planning for a company within a growing industry supplying medical uniform apparel. Additionally, managing Logistics and Customs. Focused on reorganizing the Forecasting & Planning team and establishing standardized interchangeable processes and roles. Led the implementation of our new demand forecasting system (Logility) and supply planning system (OM Partners) to assist with managing the sku intensive environment and the complex global Supply Chain network. Developed forecast accuracy, fill rate/instock, inventory, excess, and strategic planning reports/KPIs. Partnered with Production and Sales to tie demand with available production capacity to maximize our sales, gross margins, fill rates, and speed to market. Ownership of overall Supply Chain improvement initiatives focusing process improvement, network flexibility, cost management, and cross functional partnerships.
