Interface with customers regarding forecast, consumption, and material shortages.• Responsible for planning and management of third party chemicals and cylinder gases• Work with suppliers to ensure material availability and resolve quality issues. • Interface with customer to resolve issues including those with forecasts and non-delivered orders.• Perform analysis of inventory based on systems reports• Create and maintain spreadsheets for monthly/yearly chemical usage • Provide support business initiatives to improve processes and efficiencies • Plan for and manage off-site inventories and internal raw material supply for manufacturing• Complete and send monthly customer reports per business line requirements
