Lead the end-to-end technical implementation of enterprise software, including client-facing consulting• Serve as a subject matter expert on SSO, API integration, EMR data structures, and HL7 interfaces• Automate implementation tasks (system testing, configuration) by creating efficiency tools (Python)• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to design for scalability and usability• Define the ingestion logic for client data and maintain the integrity of data pipelines (SQL & Python)• Write product documentation, new customer implementation templates, and ad-hoc training guides for specific customer use-cases• Debug application code (TypeScript & Python) and infrastructure components to resolve blockers in live and pre-live customers
