Project Manager overseeing hardware, software, and mobile device deployments for AbbVie’s Field Sales Representatives, mobility support, and related helpdesk readiness. Completed and in progress projects: ServiceNow migration – This project was completed to transition the AbbVie Field Helpdesk from the Horizon ticketing system to ServiceNow- 150 ticket resolvers among several dozen assignment groups are now utilizing ServiceNow to work tickets for the AbbVie field sales users- The Horizon ticketing system and current knowledge base used by the helpdesk were isolated from one another, along with a 3rd party Power BI platform used for ticket metrics. With the system transition completed, ticketing, knowledge, and metrics are now all run from within ServiceNow, along with the addition of problem management and change management which were previously handled via e-mail by the field helpdesk- This project kicked off in December 2022 and completed in July 20••••23 laptop refresh – This project is deploying laptops to users who have laptops 4+ years old, resulting in over ~125 devices being replaced from July 2023 through November 20••••22 laptop refresh – This project deployed laptops to users who have laptops 4+ years old, resulting in over 1,100 devices being replaced from July 2022 through February 20••••23 iPad refresh – This project is deploying new iPads to users who had iPads 4+ years old, resulting in ~1,200 devices replaced from September 2023 through December 20••••22 iPad refresh – This project deployed new iPads to users who had iPads 4+ years old, resulting in devices replaced from May 2022 through July 2022. MobileIron upgrade – This project upgraded the MobileIron Mobile Device Management client on ~3,300 iOSdevices to the most current version from December 2022 through February 2023.
