A Senior Leadership Team role in the South & East Lincolnshire Councils Partnership – an award-winning partnership between Boston Borough Council, East Lindsey District Council and South Holland District Council. Working together, with a shared Management Team, the partnership is seeking to maximise opportunities for the communities the Councils serve. All three Councils remain sovereign in their own right, but with a ‘One Team’ ethos across the Partnership.My specific responsibilities within the Partnership/for the three Councils, include Corporate Policy, Corporate Improvement & Transformation, Corporate Performance, Programme Management, Organisational Development, Compliance, Communications, Structural Reform and PA Teams. I am also the Client Lead for the contract the Councils have with Public Sector Partnership Services – a company jointly owned by the three Councils. PSPS provides Customer Services, Finance, Health and Safety, HR, ICT and Revenue and Benefits services on the Councils’ behalf.The Partnership Councils won the Local Government Chronicle Award Public/Public Partnership category in 2022. I am immensely proud of this success as it resulted from much of the work I lead / was heavily involved in.I’m also a trained Multi-Agency Gold Incident Commander.I have the personal responsibility as the Returning Officer for South Holland District Council.I was nominated, and shortlisted, in the Local Government Chronicle Awards 2024 for Outstanding Individual Contribution. Whilst very proud of this, I\'m also very proud to work with a great team of colleagues who make a huge difference to our community\'s lives day in, day out.
