Hired on to this assignment to streamline, automate, and enhance reporting for mortgage data regression and watchlist testing. This process included modularizing the process code for easier maintenance, automated execution based on Jira task instructions, data type matching, and report color-coding to identify relevant reporting lines and green, yellow, red results evaluation. The goal of these developments was to make the code more reusable, more reliable, to reduce human error, and save time in test execution and interpreting results- Executed regression and watchlist testing for monthly cycle changes- Investigated Data Concerns by doing a deep dive into the relevant code to identify potential issues within the logic regarding records and/or derived fields. Of then the investigation’s purpose was to measure the potential impact of DCs and to determine whether there was broader, unforeseen impact that needed to be addressed.
