Our mission is to help ambitious recruiters realise their potential and support businesses in their strategic growth. We take a consultative approach to our client and candidate partnerships, we are here to advise and give support around hiring strategies for your business or career advice and tailored search when seeking a move. We currently operate from offices in Manchester, North Carolina & New York with further locations opening very soon. From these locations we have a network across the UK and Europe including Belgium, Germany, France and Italy. Light Search are a true Global recruitment to recruitment company with offices across the UK and USA. The geographies we proactively work are Manchester, London, Switzerland, Dublin, Austin, Charlotte & New York City placing mid-level to senior Recruiters, Account Managers and Business Development professionals into the recruitment industry. A bit about me: Since starting out in recruitment I have always sought to build long lasting consultative relationships with the people I speak to. Unlike most Rec 2 Recs I pride myself on being a consultant, here to help you get the most out of your recruitment career by identifying opportunities that are tailored specifically to you! In my time so far I have built out a strong network of brilliant consultants and clients across the Manchester region and I am always keen to add to this. Our values: Confidentiality and trust: We understand that the recruitment industry is a close-knit one and when working with you as a candidate would never jeopardize your current role. Unless we get your express say-so, we would NEVER introduce you to our clients and request a right to represent for everyone we work with. Our clients can rest assured anybody we have sent over we have a relationship with and have expressly discussed your offering in detail. We understand that trust isn’t bult overnight so take time to establish our relationships to ensure when the time is right, we can assist you. Knowledge: To best benefit our clients and candidates we have an in-depth understanding of market trends, competitors, industry benchmarks and want to know exactly what YOU and our clients want/how they operate. Network: We spend our time HEADHUNTING high-performance talent in the recruitment agency so we can present clients with the best talent out there that other R2Rs/TA teams cannot reach. We are extremely selective about the businesses we work with and spend time networking to ensure we only represent those recruitment agencies who offer the best career and financial opportunities.
