ABOUT JAMES GARDINER
Currently specialise as an International Operations Partner, collecting performance royalties internationally (Neighbouring Rights) for PPL. I am responsible for maximising revenue for a portfolio of Collective Management Organisations. This includes managing relationships with key stakeholders, coordinating operational activity and constructing data to drive revenue streams. In my previous position I worked as a Live Key Account Manager at PPLPRS focusing on Music Licensing, Copyright, intellectual property, and Performing Rights, managing some of the highest profile festivals and venues in the UK music industry. I left the motor vehicle trade to follow my passion for music, completing a degree in (BSC) Music Technology and Production as a mature student. I was awarded a 1st class honours and a Focusrite prize for Excellence.
