With over 20 years of experience in the overall management of crews in the areas of: conducting daily safety meetings; interpreting/validating/executing project drawings and material schedules; preparing daily reports; coordinating subcontractor activity; controlling material and labor costs; identifying and mitigating project risks; creating/preparing/managing the project schedule and budget; following OSHA laws; I\'ve enjoyed working hard to safely deliver a quality product.
