Managed multiple team projects to complete the projects on time and within scope. Team lead responsible for assisting/training team members with Crystal Reports and Epic Clarity/Caboodle report development. Schedule and lead in-house training for the reporting team, improving team efficiency and expanding the knowledge-base. Create, implement, and maintain standard procedures and workflows for report development, coding, and delivery. Customer support and training around reporting. Responsibilities include gathering report specifications, designing reports based on customer needs, deploying reports, and providing customer support throughout the entire report life cycle. Responsible for the build and data courier of templates for Epic Crystal Integration and Cogito SQL.
