FP & A and commercial finance professional delivering clear insight, robust forecasting and decision support to senior leaders.I currently business partner across multiple divisions within the Purplebricks Group, supporting executive teams with performance analysis, budgeting, forecasting and scenario modelling to inform both strategic and operational decisions.Alongside studying towards my full CIMA qualification, I bring strong financial modelling and analytical capability, paired with a commercial mindset and experience operating in fast-paced, change-driven environments.Earlier in my career, I led a high-performing sales team of 26 across the South Wales region, growing market share while developing and retaining talent with minimal staff turnover. I have also delivered a national project within Purplebricks, training 20+ colleagues, managing cross-functional stakeholders and working with large datasets to deliver against a defined commercial remit.Outside of work, you’ll usually find me travelling in my camper van with my cocker spaniel, Guatape (named after the town in Colombia) and my girlfriend.
