My life\'s purpose is to pursue the things I\'m passionate about with all of my being. I\'m constantly working to progress myself mentally, physically, and emotionally. I want to be able to know at the end of the day I\'ve given it all that I\'ve got. I believe that an individual\'s willingness to work hard is the dictator of their success. Not being afraid to take that first step by showing up or making a phone call. I utilize the talent around me to accomplish the mission at hand and learn. A great team with bad management is worst off than a mediocre team with a manager who sets the right tempo. I strive to be a leader who inspires those around me to live to their full potential. When I lead a team of individuals I don\'t demand their respect but rather command it through my actions.
