I am a Principal, Scheme Actuary and senior consultant who has worked in the pensions industry for over 30 years, during which time I have held a range of positions and roles.I split my time between Scheme Actuary to DB scheme trustees, leading Gallagher\'s DB corporate team and building relationships with Professional Trustees and our wider Gallagher team across the Midland and North of England, and Scotland. I previously led the Manchester Office for 8 years.I believe in people enjoying their work and in building strong and personal relationships with everyone I work alongside. I believe in hard work but try not to lose sight of what’s important. In my free time I’m often out on my road bike, going on long walks in the country, attending Man City games, or avoiding DIY.
