I\'m a Principal Mechanical Engineer with extensive and broad experiences developing printing products (2D and 3D), IVD medical devices, automated manufacturing equipment and quality systems across multiple companies and countries. I have experience developing equipment and processes in clean spaces such as silicon fabrication, as well has high speed automated component assembly. I\'ve managed teams, both as a Project, Program and People manager, and enjoy working on dynamic projects with aggressive goals and schedules. I like to turn a wrench now and then, but what I enjoy most is working in teams to accomplish great things while helping people thrive and grow.With my MBA concluding in late 2024, I\'d like an opportunity to apply new concepts related to team development, leadership, innovation, strategy, marketing, international business, AI and finance to complement my extensive background in high-tech MEMS & medical product R&D, Manufacturing and Quality.
