Supports agencies correct serious deficiencies identified through the national monitoring system and with multiple areas of noncompliance. Through skilled experience in process consultation, works effectively with governance bodies, board of directors, leadership, staff, parent councils and committees to plan and implement strategic interventions that resolve program performance improvement issues. Develops strategies for intervention, action planning and accountability of deliverables. Facilitates staff identification of strategies that address program improvements in a comprehensive and holistic manner. Significant focus on organizational structure, strategic planning, communication, leadership & management mentoring/coaching and program design and management. Analyzes existing agency structure, functions and capacity that supports quality program improvement. Recommends ways to improve programmatic and administrative operations, including the development of operations manuals, internal policies and procedures, and identification of appropriate management and administrative process to strengthen agency best practices, community effectiveness and profile.
