My main background and skill set is in all aspects of HR Management with many years experience at BaxterStorey, Whittard of Chelsea, Prudential and Centrex(National Centre for Policing Excellence) which was part of National Police Training - I have had experience in most aspects of HR Management with a strong ER background and also HR Operational roles. Have also had excellent Commercial experience in setting up and running my own business between 2006 and 2012. The business was Blade Electronics which was a Broker of Electronic Components. I was the Operations Director and was responsible for the day to day running of all aspects of the business.More recently I have played a key role as Head of People Operations at BaxterStorey supporting key parts of our business responsible for all aspects of HR Strategy, Reward, Development and Employee Relations. I have now been offered and accepted the exciting internal opportunity to become People and Development Director at Holroyd Howe our Independent Schools Catering arm.
