Developed and maintained 4 apps under SIMS (Software Inventory Management Systems) with the goal of making inventory more manageable for the everyday associate.* Omnia Orders – an application that allows associates across all stores (contact center/fulfillment centers) to interact with orders using an intuitive and modern interface. o Worked with business stake holders to ensure that the associate was able to perform order inquiries, pick, stage, ship and update orders. o Worked with project manager and UI/UX team to develop and maintain a user interface which connected to Zebra Hip Printer (ZQ511) so that the associate was able to print receipts for orders from the printer that was on their hip. o Implemented batch picking feature which gave the associate the ability to pick several orders at one time. Batch picking increased the productivity of the associate because he/she no longer had to revisit the same aisle to pick individual orders.* Pricing App – an application used to give associates the most up to date prices on every item in the store. o Worked on ITSM tickets (IT Service Management) to resolve issues/bugs reported by stores.* Worked with team lead to reduce backlog of around 200 tickets to about 30 tickets o Developed and maintained MVVM architecture o Converted synthetics to viewBinding o Implemented Graphql so that the app can make a request for the exact data that it needs.* Shipment-Receiving Library – an application that is used in the receiving app that searches for an existing purchase order based on if it has been received or not. o Worked with Project manager to update the flow of the user interface to improve the associate’s productivity. o Implemented good faith receiving feature for all qualified vendors.* The vendor sends an electronic document with all the items on the truck.
