New store opening operations, walking punch lists and ensuring follow up. Experience with many different business volumes. Store growth expanded to each store positive sales comps consistently. Opened the first 24 hour drive through in Roseville. MCM-Manager Coach and Mentor transitioned to a SMT. Trained a multitude of partners from Assistant Store Managers, Store Managers, and one Licensed Operated District Manager. Continuously developed members of each of my teams, leading to multiple promotions, many of whom are still with the company today. Classroom Facilitator for ten years, retired after the position was transitioned to online training. I have received the Manager of the Quarter award on three separate occasions. Most recently Q2 of fiscal year 2018. Created and Facilitated an Equipment and Maintenance class for the district. Training included the repair, frequency, cleaning of ice machines, water filters, Mastrena machines, and coffee urns. Proper training in this area helped cut costs as a district on repairs or maintenance. I was a Grants for Giving Ambassador and have had the honor to be involved in numerous charity events and programs. I was awarded a Congressional honor for work with Foothills K-9 association and Starbucks.
