Duties and responsibilities: Compile and analyze data for reports to comply with federal, state, and district requirement and to support school and district planning goals; research, prepare and interpret statistical reports for faculty and managers; develop and conduct focus groups and questionnaires; continual evaluation of institutional effectiveness; support of program review and planning activities; analyze and forecast enrollment trends; work with the CalPass planning committee for inter-segmental data sharing and curriculum alignment; refine student learning outcomes for evaluation and accreditation; act in the role of evening dean. Worked with Dean of Research, Planning and Institutional Development to write the college strategic plan and accreditation report. Responsible for the development, and interpretation of analytics to support educational planning and student leaning outcomes, as well as enrollment, and retention trends. Produced longitudinal studies using internally developed cohorts as well as cohorts identified by the National Student Clearinghouse and the P-16 CalPass groups.
