With certifications in the entire suite for Resolute Professional Billing, Single Billing Office, Benefits Engine, and credentialing in a number of other Epic applications, I have an unparalleled understanding of the Epic revenue cycle. I excel in all aspects of Professional Billing workflows and the associated design and build in Epic, with particular skill and experience in HB/PB integrated charging issues, self-pay, Benefits Engine build, SBO processes, testing and Curriculum development.
