ABOUT JAMES E.

I am a native of Kingsville, Texas and entered the United States Army on 19 May and completed Military Police One Station Unit Training at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri. A few of my key assignments include the 300th MP Co and 523rd MP Det, Fort Riley, KS; 25th MP Co, 58th MP Co, 13th MP Det, and Hawaii Field Office(CID), Schofield Barracks, HI; Okinawa CID Office, Okinawa, Japan; 89th MP BDE, Fort Hood, TX; and currently the 17th FA BDE, Joint Base Lewis-McChord.My military education includes Primary Leadership Development Course, Basic Noncommissioned Officer Course, and Senior Leaders Course. I have completed my Associates and Bachelor\'s Degree of Applied Science in Criminal Justice from Chaminade University of Honolulu and am currently enrolled in two classes pursuing my Masters Degree in Criminal Justice Administration.My deployments include Bagram, Afghanistan in support of CJTF-76; and numerous other investigative missions to Papa New Guinea, Philippines, Australia, Azerbaijan, Kuwait, etc.I have more than thirteen years of law enforcement experience specializing in felony Criminal Investigations, Basic Allowance of Housing (BAH) Fraud, Law Enforcement Operations, Physical Security, and Contingency Operations. As a CID Special Agent I was a team player committed to organizational success and was a disciplined, detail oriented, criminal investigator with extensive crisis management and case management experience. I worked closely with FBI, Secret Service, NCIS, OSI, and other federal law enforcement agencies during joint and collateral investigations. I also had the honor of working together with foreign law enforcement entities. Throughout my career, I have consistently received laudatory evaluations for my exceptional duty performance, and leadership abilities.
