Point of contact for scholars with any behavioural issues, safeguarding concerns, general wellbeing and general enquiries - Ensuring all scholars are accessing curriculum through behaviour management, 1:1 and small group interventions and mentoring and upholding of school ethos on a daily basis- Acting as role model to all scholars both in school environment and in community- Dealing with safeguarding and behavioural incidents with efficiency and optimal effectiveness- Holding parent meetings, dealing with incidents ranging from safeguarding, mental health and wellbeing to behavioural issues - Liaising with schools across the Trust, as well as other local schools to best support scholars with alternative placements/ provision- Working in collaboration with teaching staff, SLT and Inclusion teams to ensure optimal learning and behaviour of scholars in school- Frequent use of Bromcom, CPOMS and other programmes to keep up-to-date records of learners, safeguarding concerns as well as attendance and attainment records- Delivering assemblies to year group in line with contemporary issues as well as key themes throughout academic year.
