About James D.
I’m a Technical Service Engineer supporting customers through Salesforce case management, troubleshooting enterprise systems, and building clear documentation and playbooks that help teams resolve issues faster. Before this role, I was a Teaching Associate at Bottega University, helping students build confidence while learning full stack development. I enjoy building things, breaking problems down, and helping others grow through real-world work.I hold the ISC2 Certified in Cybersecurity (CC) and the Google Cybersecurity Professional Certificate, and I work with Python, SQL, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. I also use AI heavily as a coding partner to speed up development, troubleshoot faster, and learn new tools. I treat it as a force multiplier and validate what I ship.Outside of work, I build homelabs for hands-on training. I’m currently building an OSINT training CTF in my lab and using Tailscale for VPN-based remote access while I iterate. My focus areas are threat modeling, OSINT workflows, penetration testing fundamentals, and cloud security, as I work toward cyber threat intelligence and offensive security. If you’re into cybersecurity, OSINT, homelabs, threat modeling, or AI-assisted development, let’s connect.
