I work to develop world class customer solutions using the ServiceNow platform. Working across the customer lifecycle from strategy design and execution, individual solution design and customer implementation. I provide architectural & technical consulting services to clients; Being responsible for the design and delivery of technical solutions including, enterprise architecture, ServiceNow platform and applications, data model design and the oversight of design and technical implementations.
