Primary point of contact and business consultant for 99 General Motors dealerships located in North and Central Texas. Franchises include Chevrolet, GMC, Cadillac and Buick.\\\\n\\\\nRESPONSIBILITIES:\\\\n\\\\nCentral point of contact for all internal and external customer commercial lending requests or inquiries.\\\\n\\\\nCoordinate and manage dealership or GM Financial requests and inquiries to completion.\\\\n\\\\nRegular communication with dealership owners to discuss trends, and look for additional GMF business opportunities.\\\\n\\\\nPerform financial analysis utilizing monthly operating reports or financial statements on assigned dealers.\\\\n\\\\nMonitor and manage assigned portfolio (92 dealerships in North and Central Texas) with data obtained from both internal and external sources.\\\\n\\\\nProactive risk recognition; develop actionable plans to mitigate risk when identified and elevate to Commercial Lending Services leadership and the Special Assets team as warranted.\\\\n\\\\nUses data analysis when solving problems. Look and probe to gain a better understanding of complex or unusual situations, understands the customer and their operations and provides a consultative approach in support.\\\\n\\\\nWorks closely with management and legal counsel to identity potential legal or security issues that may impact General Motors Financial rights to enforce agreements or put collateral in jeopardy.\\\\n\\\\nEffectively communicate analysis results to internal employees, management, and the ultimate customer.\\\\n\\\\nTake full accountability for decisions, actions, and results.\\\\n\\\\nPerform other duties as assigned\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
