At CLEAResult I work very closely with an amazing team of residential and commercial building science experts, energy analysts, strategic energy management and energy engineering experts to develop innovative solutions for energy efficiency, building electrification and vehicle electrification and demand response programs. Our clients include utilities, building owners and other energy service companies. In my current role I manage a small team that supports energy efficiency programs in the Eastern United States. As both an Engineering Manager and as a Technical Energy Manager my responsibilities are that of an individual contributor as well as a people manager. In this role my day to day can consist of a vast number of activities that include; design and analysis of energy efficiency measures and their programmatic requirements, engineering calculations, supporting proposal development, energy modeling, technical research, analysis and reporting, cost effectiveness testing, budgeting, business development, strategic energy management and much more. In my position as Technical Energy Manager I strive to provide energy solutions for our programs across the Untied States and Canada that meet the local needs of the clients whether internally or externally as well as planning for them to be scalable and flexible whenever possible. Within my role I serve as a subject matter expert in the multifamily market segment, energy modeling, residential lighting and home automation optimization for energy efficiency.
