Calculated the cost to run multiple boilers in order to compare cost of each pound steam produced while comparing to the real-time overall efficiency to save money due to fuel cost\\\\n-Created a plan of action and executed a full replacement of 800ft of piping to improve reliability with our mill\\\\n-Preformed cost-based analysis on a heat exchanger to see if there was a basis for an upgrade, then find specs for current and future heat exchanger then used AutoCad to pipe in and install alongside the existing one\\\\n-Created new pages for our PI Vision (Process Information) Screens. These help people all over the paper mill see whats happening with each process in real time.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
