ABOUT JAMES DICKSON
I have experience of writing code stretching back to the first home micro-computers but am still as curious to learn as any child. I love to solve problems and the built environment presents endless challenges to occupy the most hungry of brains. I love working with smart people and my company is filled with them.My business acumen and experience are significant, having run a £150M turnover façade company, yet I have written more code over the years than many IT professionals ever see. I am spending more and more time with 3D parametric and believe digital twins and augmented / virtual realities are coming into their own as serious and accessible tools for construction.I have an ego-free approach to interaction with peers and a keen intellect with the ability to see all the way round any technical or mathematical issue. I have been called a nerd. I see this as a compliment.
