As Global Process Owner (GPO), I lead global standardisation and optimisation initiatives across Dechra’s manufacturing sites, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and digital transformation. My role spans ERP governance, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver best-in-class operational excellence.Key Responsibilities• Own and govern global manufacturing and engineering processes, ensuring alignment with corporate standards and regulatory requirements.• Drive ERP strategy and enhancements, including RFC management and UAT for process improvements.• Develop and maintain SOPs, Work Instructions, and training materials to support global adoption.• Partner with IT, QA, and site teams to resolve BAU issues, implement CAPA, and ensure robust compliance.• Lead global data readiness initiatives for ERP migration, including supplier, manufacturer, and routing data profiling.• Champion process harmonisation projects such as dispensing workflows and engineering asset management.Key Achievements:• Delivered major ERP improvements post launch, including fixes for material availability and custom reporting, improving operational visibility and reducing delays. Supported RCA findings and drove structured change management for cross-functional gaps in logistics and finance processes.• Enabled faster issue resolution and improved compliance by implementing eQMS read-only access for Oracle AMS technical support team members enhancing troubleshooting efficiency across global sites.• Reduced QA touchpoints and minimised QC rejections through unified process design improvements.• Managed quarterly updates across manufacturing and maintenance, ensuring adoption and delivery.• Spearheaded global SOP/WI revisions for critical finance and manufacturing processes, improving clarity and compliance.• Created tailored training content with translations and delivered sessions on-site and remotely, supporting smooth adoption.
