Coordination, creation and execution of critical Marketing initiatives pursuant to Viega’s short/long term plans, goals, procedures and high quality standards- Responsible for full campaign details of each Marketing initiative including — budget, deadlines, reporting, resource allocation, brand management, Marketing vehicle selection, vendor relationships and ROI- Assist in the development and execution of Viega’s trade show and special projects strategy, including management of ~15 Viega trade shows a year (2 large scale ones requiring complex planning) and analysis of data from trade shows for ROI.> In 2016 was given responsibility for with short notice 2 of the largest trade shows and executed them with precision and strong results – was recognized at the highest levels of the company- Identify, evaluate and recommend investments for Marketing programs, events and special projects- Foster cross functional and departmental relationships and lead team in execution of trade shows and special projects- Project examples include:> Successful execution of the overhaul of Viega’s New Hampshire Interactive Learning Center.> Successful execution of Viega’s Colorado corporate headquarters Interactive Learning Center.> Successful execution of Viega’s New York City Experience Center.> Recently given responsibility for similar project as above for the product display area at Viega’s new manufacturing facility being built in Ohio- All the above initiatives include management of budget, design, physical and digital product displays, customer flow, layout, vendor execution, branding and construction.
