Assist Preconstruction team during and after proposal submission.Estimate costs for construction, while participating in design decisions, evaluations, studies, value engineering analysis, scheduling, constructability reviews, and more. Work with self preform and drafting divisions to provide turnkey costs/products.Pre-negotiate construction services for Design Build, Design Assist and CM projects.Negotiate contracts with clients, owners and subcontractors. Support Project Management team by; maintaining project budgets, costs and client relations. Extremely goal oriented with a focus on revenue growth and cost savings.
