At Cloudflare I get the opportunity to work with talented individuals every day who are leaders in the space of infrastructure and network services delivery. My role is to oversee the rapid scale out of the Cloudflare infrastructure stack across the EMEA region (which is 217 sites and counting), we operate at huge scale delivering multiple Tbps of upstream network capacity through transit, private peering and our own backbone. In addition we are responsible for standing up several $M of hardware capital investment across these sites each month. In support of this I lead a diverse engineering team who operates out of the UK and Portugal and the US. In addition to my role supporting infrastructure service delivery, I also have responsibility for DC maintenance and our T1 Ops support globally.
