I joined HS2 Ltd in 2017 and was initially responsible for establishing a new Commercial Development team in Birmingham, focused on optimising the regeneration and commercial development opportunities around the two new Birmingham Curzon and Interchange stations, as well as c.50 acres of surplus industrial land at the Washwood Heath Depot site which will serve the first phase of HS2.In summer 2020, I transferred to the London office to take up a new role as Commercial Development Director for The Euston Partnership, where I am now responsible for the delivery of all Oversite Development across both the new HS2 and the existing Euston Stations.
