I’m a Tier 2 Technician at a MSP, with almost a year of professional experience troubleshooting technical issues, providing onsite and remote service. One day I\'m helping set up the back-end communication for an X-Ray, and the next I\'m assisting our Cyber Team; I never know what the day will bring. Outside of work, I spend time developing my skills in security through home labs, the Cybersecurity and Information Assurance coursework at Western Governors University, and online training platforms like BugForge, HackTheBox and HackSmarter Labs.
