Well-disciplined and result-oriented person with vast experience in a large company setting whom embraces challenge while demonstrating excellent people, problem solving and mentoring skills. With over a decade of experience in supporting, installing, and maintaining various PACS, EMR, HIS/RIS systems and medical imaging equipment at numerous hospital, research and university locations. Responsible for managing the accounts assigned by providing hardware, software, user and role management on PACS, EMR, HIS/RIS and associated third party applications. Major responsibilities center on PACS and RIS/HIS selection, architecture, ensuring client, vendor and radiologist satisfaction during major upgrades, migrations, implementations and both scheduled and un-scheduled downtimes. Duties include project management and lead analyst in trusted duties and communication on PACS, RIS and third party application upgrades, DRP writing and continuity planning with execution during data center and hospital level relocations. Coordinating data migration and data sync while leading and communicating project deliverables and status calls to project champion and sponsor to ensure communication and expectations are met. Capable of identifying technician lead\'s, project sponsors and champions for various projects achieving success by bringing the right people who ask the right questions.System and Application Knowledge – Windows XP/Vista/7/8,10, LAN, WAN, Microsoft Applications Certified and many windows server applications.
