Practice includes representing clients in commercial disputes, product liability claims, complex personal injury matters, CUTPA, professional malpractice issues, tax appeals, and toxic torts. Counsel clients on risk mitigation, compliance, and business concerns. Zealously represent clients in state and federal proceedings. Board of Directors, Northeast Regional Director, DRI-Lawyers Representing Business; Past President of the Connecticut Defense (Civil) Lawyers Association; and Former Chairman of the CDLA Board of Directors.Board Liaison and Steering Committee Member DRI\'s Drug and Medical Device Committee; Steering Committee Member and former Chair of DRI\'s Medical Liability and Health Law meeting; and Vice-Chair of DRI\'s Philanthropic Activities Committee.Member of the Connecticut Bar Association, House of Delegates and the CBA\'s Legislative and Policy Review Committee.
