Over the past eight years in the recruitment industry, I\'ve grown from Operations Manager to Operations Director at Optima Site Solutions.My journey into recruitment wasn\'t traditional; I was a teacher and a youth football club chairman before a chance conversation with Optima\'s co-owner led me to make a career change.
