Leads the overall design and offerings of the detergents product line for Tommy Car Wash Systems. My position works with a variety of stakeholders and internal teams including chemical engineering, field service technicians, franchise business consultants, outside vendors, and clients to ensure the company\'s product line and standards meet goals for wash quality, guest experience, cost, and reliability.• Establishes standard line of detergent products and manages conversions or adjustment to product standards as needed when launched into international markets• Introduce a tiered product line and/or alternate products that balance cost and performance while still resulting in a reliable, good quality wash and guest experience• Creates and maintain detergent manuals, standards, troubleshooting, and change communication for partnering with franchise business consultants, TCWS service and support team and TCWS sales team in managing working clients• Works with outside vendors to negotiate pricing and meets the needs of our clients • Works with international customers and distributors to strategize logistical means of shipping detergents • Engages with prospects to sell the established detergent line and current customers to assist in finding solutions to detergent related problems
