Currently managing the contract of a national high street business, the 2nd largest in their field. I was the main point of contact during the implementation of this account. This included scoping system requirements for a web based stock ordering system and limiting store access based on their planograms. I maintain this website and all data associated with it. Frequently replenishing all store POS for the entire estate, also profiled against each specific store. I manage the production of these materials and any other ad hoc jobs (door drops, new store opening packs, stock replenishment etc.). This requires excellent time management and organisational skills while maintaining a friendly and calm relationship with client stakeholders. I liaise with all aspects of the business from production to the design teams, from transport to external marketing teams and agencies.During 2017, I worked in London at a world leading cosmetic company dealing with several high profile brands. All which had demanding expectations I was able to meet as the onsite Technical Liaison Manager; enabling a smooth and safe transition into our business. In my previous role as Pharmaceutical Project Manager, I was responsible for the production and sourcing of any materials for my clients ensuring brand and/or store specific guidelines were adhered to which generally concerned POS display units. As a result I have a very good knowledge of cardboard engineering, vac forming and acrylic fabrication. The clients I dealt with were international companies so I was often arranging print overseas for conferences across the world. I therefore had to be flexible in my working hours to accommodate conference calls to Asia, USA etc. I negotiated savings and suggested alternatives to show year on year cost savings. Regarding my personal and team’s development, I created specific SOPs, initiated the measurement and reporting of KPIs and documented and measured internal aspirations.
