After internal promotion expanded scope of responsibilities, I continued as part of the Control, Mitigation and Reporting team supporting the Enterprise TPP Governance Routines, Program Controls, and Risk/Adherence Monitoring in alignment with the Program’s self-assurance activities from an Enterprise-wide vantage point. Support ongoing self-assurance activities by building lasting partnerships with key stakeholders enterprise-wide as part of regular monthly reporting monitoring the state of compliance with Third Party Program requirements. Design, build and maintain multiple monthly dashboards distributed to various leadership teams including Business Group Leadership, Third Party COE Leadership and Third Party Risk Management Oversight. Facilitate escalation of metric boundary breaches to Business Group Risk and Control Committee and Third Party Risk Management Subcommittee where applicable. Deploy thorough understanding and practical working knowledge of Third Party Program guidelines, methodologies and best practices through organizational awareness and maintenance of relationships with key stakeholders and business partners. Provide ongoing support as part of flexible, perceptive and strategic interactions in alignment with program execution and operational controls. Act as Program SME with relation to Critical Activity identification, reporting, communication and stakeholder partnership. Perform regular review of all Third Party engagements using accepted Critical Activity methodology to identify all engagements meeting criticality thresholds making all necessary updates to the Third Party system of record (TRIMS), providing communication to impacted stakeholders, obtaining validation and tracking changes. Designed and maintained related presentations made available to Board of Directors.
