We can also arrange capital for investment real estate refinances and purchases, ranging from $1m to $100m+, and across all assets classes, but with a special focus on MH & RV Resorts, Multi-family, and Self-Storage. As of 2019 Yale Realty & Capital Advisors has sold or financed in excess of sites, 250 communities, and over $2b in volume. Now with offices across the country, and Directors in every region, we have the regional expertise and national exposure to handle any sale or financing of an institutional grade MH or RV community.
