1) Findlay Automotive group ask for my employment with Findlay Toyota Henderson as Sales Manager.2) End of 2023, promoted to Used Car Manager.3) Created Excel spread sheet to track the progression of trades by date i.e. Trade date, Clear date, Shop in date, Shop out date, Bodyshop in date, Body shop out Date and Frontline Date. 4) Got each department to adhere and update the in/out date. i.e. finance director, recon manager, Bodyshop manager etc.5) Establish the proper inventory mix/matrix6) Increase Toyota Certified Used Car Sales rankings from 13 to 3rd in Region, 1# in city.7) Increased efficientcy in department from 14.26 days to 8.82 days,from trade date to front line including bodyshop.8) Achieved/ maintianing a 1.5-2.0 inventory turns per month.
