Experienced senior data manager with a track record in leading data governance and analytics initiatives. At People\'s Partnership, I have designed an enterprise data governance strategy and built a team from scratch, with priorities focusing on understanding the data landscape, data ownership, data quality and compliance. These have been delivered through policies and processes and key artefacts, such as a business glossary and data asset register. I have also developed a data ownership RACI model which has proven successful.
