Experienced Field Project Manager with substantive contributions in a wide range of skills through solid work performance in design, architecture and construction. Background examples includes feasibility studies for properties via zoning analysis, preprogramming and conceptual design for development sites. While in architecture, I was involved in sharpening design skills with a serious focus on producing a coordinated set of design construction documents with the engineering consultants. In the last 6 years in the field of architecture a disciplined, driven goal was to become a well versed, highly communicative construction administration architect. Subsequently the love of construction afforded me the opportunity to join a construction company and become a benefit in utilizing my varied background and architectural skill sets in leading our subcontractors in reviewing the design documents and formulate a game plan to execute in the field. A strong benefit has been to assist field teams interpreting the drawings into a reality and assisting in resolving field issues. Organized, persistent, being proactive, straightforward, trustworthy, high energy are a few words used to describe me. it is a great pleasure and responsibility to lead our project and the various entities in making the project a fully functional building(s) that will be a part of a larger community.
