Ensure compliance with operational policies and guidelines. Employ intelligence driven strategies to mitigate risks and threats. Responsible for my criminal investigative teams to consistently achieve all yearly goals and objectives across all investigative and intelligence programs. Led multi-agency command posts and teams during critical incidents and National Security Special Events. Currently serve as On-Scene Commander for all FBI Philadelphia SWAT high-risk tactical operations within the Division.
