Specifically, this role has focussed on the commercial aspects of acquisitions associated with customer outsourcing of development centres and non-core applications.Interim Head of Risk at a fintech start up called RTGS Global Ltd. The proposition is an innovative solution to enable efficient cross border payments. This was a wide ranging role working with the senior executives to build the business with a focussed on business strategy, organisational design leading and building the Risk function.LSEG primary activities have included:• Commercial lead on contract negotiations with third party suppliers to one of the major engineering transformation programmes • Development and running the workforce transformation risk function• Analysis of the options for the Americas workforce strategy• Conducted studies to define organisational response to geopolitical risk challenges• Support for the development of the COO Technology Risk Function
